What is the DIVO Calendar?

The DIVO Calendar is a 12-day Christmas adventure for children, filled with daily letters, stories, missions, and surprises. Each day brings a new message from Santa’s magical helpers.

What age is it suitable for?

Recommended for children up to 12 years old — but even older kids can enjoy it if they love Christmas stories and creative tasks.

What’s the difference between the Lite, Premium, and VIP versions?

Lite includes 12 branded letters, daily stories and tasks, a DIVO Stocking, mini-gifts, and a Christmas gift. Premium adds upgraded Advent and Christmas gifts, a Letter to Santa, a Nice List Certificate, and a personalized video greeting from Santa. VIP includes everything in Premium plus personalized letters, a DIVO Mailbox, an additional Advent Gift, larger Christmas gifts, and an outdoor activity experience. What is DIVO Digital Magic?

Digital Magic is a set of personalized video messages from Santa. Each one includes your child’s name and story elements from the DIVO world, featuring a special greeting from Santa himself.

How are the calendars personalized?

In the VIP Edition, every letter includes your child’s name and personalized details, making the experience feel truly one-of-a-kind. Also, three personalized DIVO Digital packages are included to the calendar.
In the Premium Edition, each calendar has two DIVO Digital packages.

Can I customize one calendar to share it for multiple children?

Yes, you can add additional Letter to Santa & Nice List Certificate sets for free so each child will receive their own set.

If you also want every child to receive their own gifts, you can purchase extra Gift Sets as an add-on. Age based gifts can also be adjusted individually.

The core Advent Calendar elements — the story, gift cards, and character passports — remain as a single shared set.

For DIVO Digital: each package is fully personalized. If you have more children than the number of packages included in your bundle (two for Premium and three for VIP), you can add extra packages so each child receives their own personalized videos.

How soon will I receive my order?

All gifts ordered before December 7 will arrive in time for December 14. Delivery across the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Can I order from outside the U.S.?

At the moment, we ship only within the continental United States and Washington, D.C. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories). International delivery is not yet available.

Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final. Since each calendar is hand-assembled and limited in quantity, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds. Please double-check all details before completing your order.
