Where we ship
We currently deliver across the 48 contiguous United States and Washington D.C.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.
Processing time
All gifts ordered before December 7 will arrive in time for December 14, carefully prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. While processing times may vary, every order is handled with priority to ensure your DIVO magic begins right on schedule.
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and chosen delivery method. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way. All gifts ordered before December 7 will arrive in time for December 14.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs are included into your final price.
Lost or delayed packages
Once your order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If your tracking shows delays or delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. Of course, you can always reach out to us — we’ll do our best to help.
Returns & Refunds
Because each DIVO Calendar and gift box is hand-packed with care and created as a seasonal product, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the order has been shipped.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@housedivo.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll review it and make it right.
